We are an approved NDIS registered provider for occupational therapy services. 

If you have a NDIS number and are registered with NDIS, we will be able to provide a service to support you and your goals.

Medicare

To be eligible for Medicare benefits, you will require a referral Occupational Therapy services from your General Practitioner and our services must be part of an overall care plan.

Self- Funding

If you have a self-managed NDIS plan or would like to self fund private occupational therapy sessions, we have this option available for you.

Cancellation policy

Seva Therapy is committed to the effective management of resources. Cancellation policy are in line with the NDIS price schedule

Seva Therapy cancellation policy for NDIS services/Support and charges are set out in the agreement of Service between Seva Therapy and the participants, their families, carers to minimise the risk of cancellation, no show or late changes to the delivery of a scheduled service/support.

Seva Therapy will take every effort to avoid cancellation by sending a reminder 7 days prior to the Scheduled service or Support. Participants are also expected to notify Seva therapy of any cancellation as soon as possible but no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled Service/Support as per NDIS policy. 


Complaints policy

Seva Therapy is committed to providing an efficient and effective complaints handling service to clients, their families, carers, advocates and the community.

Seva Therapy is committed to ensuring that complaints are handled in a way that is responsive, fair and courteous and that respects the privacy and confidentiality of the person making the complaint. We also undertake to make sure that we provide reasons for any decisions we make in relation to the complaints we receive.

It is recommended, wherever possible, complaints are best resolved informally by the people involved.

Talk or write to the person responsible for the decision or conduct about which you are complaining. If you are not satisfied with the response and should you want to discuss the matter further – contact us:

  • All home based therapy and visits will incur a travel fee as per NDIS policy, the amount dependent on the distance from our Sydney office.
  • Seva Therapy accepts payment using cheque, direct deposit or cash. Cheques should be made payable to Seva Therapy.
  • Seva Therapy retains the right to decline the provision of service at any stage if it is felt that services would not be of benefit to either party.
